What an alert says
- New accounts filed, with the filing date and period
- Equity is negative, where the filing shows it
- A net loss for the period, where the filing shows it
- A link to the company's page in the official register, where one exists
These are facts from the filings: not a credit rating, a score or a forecast. A missing filing can mean a merger or a closure, not only financial trouble. Check a company's legal status in its register before relying on it.

Companies in United States, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Latvia. Sole traders are not included.
- United States, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Belgium, Denmark: we collect new filings weekly, and send alerts the day after.
- Estonia, Slovakia, Latvia: we collect new filings monthly, and send alerts the day after.
An alert follows our own collection, so it can come some time after the company filed. Only filings dated after you add a company send an alert. How each market dates a filing: methodology.

Cancelling and terms
Cancel any time on your account or at Billing. It takes effect at the end of the paid month, and alerts continue until then. We do not refund part of a month, except where the Data Terms or the law provide one (Data Terms clauses 15.1 and 15.2).
