Counterparty accounts for credit, factoring and trade credit insurance
Lenders, factors and insurers need the filed accounts of the companies they are exposed to, and the date each was filed. We supply them from official registers in one schema; or send us your list, and the portfolio health check reports what each company's filings show.
What you get
- Measures
- Revenue, profit, assets, liabilities, equity and, where filed, employees, for every year the register holds, with the reporting basis on each row.
- Filing behaviour
- Every figure keeps its filing date, so late, missed or stopped filing is visible; companies that were struck off keep their filings.
- Markets
- France, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia and Latvia, plus Japanese and US filers.
- Portfolio health check
- Belgium, Denmark and Estonia today: one line per company, linked to the register.
Check a counterparty
Several years of a company's filed balance sheet and results, before you set a limit.
Watch a portfolio
Monthly monitoring re-runs the health check and marks what changed since the last report.
Feed your own models
The same figures by API or as files, in one schema across markets.
Where it stops
We report what the filings show; it is not a credit rating or a score, and a missing filing can mean a merger or a closure. French data may not be used to screen people by insolvency, sanction or disqualification status, and Danish data may not be used for direct marketing. Not investment advice.
Licences
Internal use is the Commercial licence (US$249 a month or US$2,490 a year). The portfolio health check starts with a first check of up to 50 companies at no cost; a one-off check of up to 500 is US$490, and monthly monitoring of up to 500 is US$190 a month. Full terms: licences. Questions: william@tradingagentapp.com.
Questions
Is this a credit score?
No. It is the filed accounts and their dates; the judgement stays with you.
Can you check our whole portfolio?
Yes, for Belgian, Danish and Estonian companies: send the list and the portfolio health check returns one line per company.
Can we see when a company stopped filing?
Yes. Each figure carries its filing date, and companies that were struck off keep their earlier filings.
