Licence documents

Each licence document is published as a numbered version with the SHA-256 of its exact text. A purchase records the version and hashes it was made under. A new version never changes the text you accepted: it applies to a subscription only from a renewal at least 30 days after we email you notice of it (Data Terms 27.2), and a Snapshot keeps its version for life. Every earlier version stays here.

Data Terms
These are the rules common to every Trading Agent Data licence, free or paid. Your tier's Schedule says what you may do with the data; these Terms say how the licence is formed, what each side promises, how it can end, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Source Conditions Schedule
Where each market's data comes from, the licence it is published under, the exact attribution that must stay with it, the conditions and prohibited uses that pass from the public registers to you, and which of them you must pass on to anyone you supply. This Schedule is part of every Trading Agent Data licence, free or paid.
Free Licence
Anyone, including a company, may use the free Trading Agent Data — the free API tier, the demo key, the public sample file, the data pages and per-company downloads, the Python package and the MCP server — to evaluate it and for internal use, with the attribution kept. You may not scrape it, republish it in bulk or resell it, and we can change or withdraw the free service for a valid reason, with notice where practicable.
Personal Licence
For one individual using the data for their own non-commercial research, study and personal investing. Not for work, clients, employers or any organisation, and not available to people who usually live in the EU, the EEA or the UK.
Commercial Licence
For one business or organisation, including a sole trader, using the data internally — its staff's research, models, dashboards and decisions. It does not allow showing the data to customers or anyone outside the organisation, apart from small extracts in reports, and each affiliated company needs its own licence.
Redistribution Licence
Lets one business or organisation show the data to its own users inside its own named products — an app, website, newsletter or service — with the source notices kept on every screen and export, and includes the bulk files for that purpose. Your users must accept terms that carry the source conditions, and deleted records must be removed within fixed times. It does not allow reselling the data as a dataset or feed, bulk exports by users, white-labelling or removing attribution. US$9,900 a year, billed annually only.
OEM / White-label Licence
For a business that wants to build the data into its own product without our credit, run a product for or under another business's brand, sublicense the data to its own customers, or supply it as part of a data product. Sold only by an Order Form signed by both sides, from US$2,500 a month. The source notices always stay with the data, your customers and their users must accept minimum terms, and deletions, upstream changes, audit, sanctions screening and liability rules travel down the chain.
Snapshot Licence
Buy a dated copy of the data once and keep it permanently for internal use, subject to listed deletions (French records and records about people) and upstream changes — one market, all markets, or an academic licence for one researcher or department. A snapshot gets no updates unless you buy an update pack. It does not include the right to show the data to others, except the all-markets snapshot with redistribution, which is sold only by signed Order Form.
Order Form
The form both parties sign for any invoiced purchase of Trading Agent Data, and the only way to buy an OEM / white-label licence. It names the buyer, the product, the price and the fixed version of the licence terms, and it excludes the buyer's purchase-order terms. Nothing is delivered until it is signed.
