About
Trading Agent is run by WU Capital Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. Its business is licensing company financial data: the accounts companies file with official registers, as they were first reported, mostly for private companies. It also runs a stock research web app. It does not sell its users' personal data.
1. Trading Agent Data — company data, licensed
Annual accounts and financial statements, taken from the filings companies lodged with their statutory registers and regulators. Every figure is keyed to the date its filing became public, so a query returns what was knowable on a given date rather than today's restated figure. A restatement never overwrites an earlier figure and nothing is imputed to fill a gap.

It is licensed to researchers, quantitative teams and businesses, over an API, as CSV files and as permanent dated snapshots. Every company's most recent reported year is free. 2. Trading Agent — a stock research web app
Charts, technical indicators and a public record of a model's past calls, scored against what actually happened. It is research software, not investment advice, and WU Capital Limited is not a licensed financial adviser in any country. See the disclaimer.
What “selling data” means here — and what it does not
- What is sold: licences to records about companies, which the companies themselves filed with public registers.
- What is not sold: your personal data. We do not sell users' personal data, run ad networks, or share data with marketing partners — privacy policy, section 2.
- Built to leave people out: no directors or shareholders are added, and sole traders are excluded because a sole trader's accounts are a person's finances — why and how. A filter can miss one, and some companies are named after a person; if that is you, email us and we remove the record (privacy policy, section 5a).
- No advice and no money handling: we do not tell anyone what to buy, hold client money, or place trades.
