Send a list. We check every company against its official filings.
For lenders, insurers, factors and procurement teams. Send the companies you lend to, buy from or insure, and get one line per company with what its filed accounts show, each with a link to the company's page in the official register, so every finding can be checked.
What each line reports
- Latest accounts against the statutory filing deadline: filed late, overdue, or nothing filed for two years or more
- Negative equity
- A net loss two years running
- Revenue down 30% or more, where revenue is filed
- A link to the company's page in the official register, on every line
A missing filing can mean a merger or a closure, not only financial trouble. The report says what the filings show; it is not a credit rating or a score.
Markets
- Belgium: National Bank of Belgium, Central Balance Sheet Office; listed by enterprise number.
- Denmark: Danish Business Authority, about 552,000 companies; listed by CVR number.
- Estonia: e-Business Register (RIK), about 330,000 companies; listed by registry code.
- In preparation: Latvia and Slovakia.

Sample layout with names hidden. You receive the report as HTML and as a CSV with one line per company. Monthly monitoring re-runs the check and marks what changed since the last report.
How it works, by email

Send your list
A CSV or spreadsheet with two columns: country (BE, DK or EE) and registration number. Companies only: please leave out sole traders and other individuals.

We run the check
Every company against its latest filed accounts. We keep your list only to run the check, and delete it afterwards unless you ask us to keep it for monitoring.

You get the report
One line per company, each linked to the register. Questions and corrections go to the same email address.

A monthly plan can be cancelled before the next month starts; a yearly plan is paid in advance. Supplied under an Order Form and our Data Terms, for your internal use, such as credit, purchasing and onboarding decisions; not for resale or publication. The report is not an official copy of any filing: check a company's legal status in its register before relying on it. Danish data must not be used for direct marketing (Danish CVR Act, section 19).
