Trading Agent provides AI-generated stock-price forecasts, technical indicators, and risk analysis across multiple global equity markets. Under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, any person publishing research analysis to investors located in India must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Research Analyst.

Trading Agent is operated from New Zealand and does not currently hold SEBI Research Analyst registration. To comply with Indian law we restrict access to our research and analysis surfaces for requests originating from India. The following are blocked from Indian IP addresses:

• The user dashboard and all prediction tools
• The watchlist, alerts, paper-trading and backtest features
• The Quant Studio (scans, factor analysis, regime detection, pairs)
• New account sign-ups

You can still reach our landing page, methodology, terms, privacy policy, status page, and (for existing customers) the sign-in, account, and billing pages — so existing users travelling in India can manage their subscription.

Indian diaspora users:if you are an Indian national physically located outside India (for example, in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the UAE or Singapore), this restriction does not apply to you. SEBI’s jurisdiction is geographic, not ethnic. Sign in from your home country and the service will work normally.
