Are you on the right licence?
The OEM licence is a negotiated agreement for redistributing the Data without attribution, sublicensing it to your own customers, or embedding it in a data product of your own. Email tradingagentapp@gmail.com with a short description of the intended use and expected volumes.
1. Typically negotiated terms
De-attributed display; sublicensing to your customers; custom delivery (bulk, S3, webhook); custom markets or fields; and service-level terms. Statutory upstream attributions that the source licences require (e.g. Taiwan OGDL) survive in a form we agree on.
2. Derived results are yours, forever
Anything you CREATE with the Data — backtest results, models, statistics, charts, trading records, research conclusions — is yours. It is not 'Data' under this licence, no clause here restricts it, and you keep it permanently, including after cancellation.
3. On cancellation
Within 30 days of your subscription ending, delete stored copies of the raw Data. Your derived results (above) are unaffected. Free-tier usage may continue on free-tier terms.
4. Honesty about the data
The Data is extracted from official public filings (US SEC EDGAR; Taiwan Stock Exchange OpenAPI under the Taiwan Open Government Data License 1.0, attribution embedded in every response; Korea FSS OpenDART, public data — the FSS has confirmed in writing that no separate approval agreement is required; others as published on the coverage page). We publish each figure as first reported, keyed by its filing date, and attach the source attribution. We do not warrant the filings themselves are error-free, and the Data is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
The Data is factual, historical information. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer of any financial product or service.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WU Capital Limited's total liability under this licence is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or consequential loss.
6. Governing law
This licence is governed by the laws of New Zealand. WU Capital Limited, Auckland, New Zealand (NZBN 9429053731630).
